While Charlotte is still very safe compared to other parts of the world, we are taking all precautions possible to ensure a safe, healthy and happy kitchen for our small kitchen team.
As is our usual practice, all employees wash hands at hour intervals while working shifts and are changing gloves even more frequently.
All surfaces are cleaned and sanitized at least every two hours - and any shared touchpoints (doorknobs, handles, switches and the like) are cleaned and sanitized at shift's beginning and end.
Ice packs and bags, instead of being sanitized as needed, are being processed at the end of each cycle just in case.
No customers or delivery drivers are being allowed in the kitchen or lobby - only team members.
We have the added benefit of sourcing locally from a small farm and working in a small, efficient small business environment with a compact kitchen and delivery team. And as always, we do not allow employees to come to work if they are under the weather.
We will also be suspending our #5 recycling program at this time - please hold your plastic until further notice - we will happily grab it at a later date. Stay tuned for information there!
Please reach out - we are here and happy to answer any questions you have, any time. Thank you and be well!
