A Simple Way to Help the Homeless This Week
This season, many are without shelter in our city.

With one of the homeless shelters closed for remodeling and our coldest weather to come, homeless people in Charlotte are forced to fend for themselves outdoors.

We're collaborating with Food Not Bombs to bring warmer clothes to the homeless citizens of Charlotte, this city that we all call home.

Food Not Bombs is an organization that distributes plant-based food to those in need.

They will be giving out hot meals throughout this season and in addition to providing food for the cause, Nourish would like to call on you to help keep our neighbors warm.

During deliveries next week (12/10 & 12/11), we will be collecting donations of laundered clothing in good condition as well as new and in the package socks, underwear and toiletries.

Please pack items in a separate bag (approximately the size of your Nourish bag) and place it outside with your reusable Nourish bag. Our delivery drivers will pick up the items and we will get them delivered to Food Not Bombs to give out over the coming weeks.

Thank you for helping us help the less fortunate people of our city during the season of giving.
