In 2012, Chef Julia and business partner Laura Neff co-founded Nourish, the first delivery service of its kind in Charlotte, NC. In 2014, Julia took on full ownership of the company and with the help of her team, has encouraged a revolution of progressive eaters. After 11 glorious years of nourishing you and yours, in Charlotte at large, Julia handed the Nourish ownership reins off to a new human - Chef Hannah Riley!

Our registered Dietitian, Jessica Barrett, has joined our staff to help us make sure that all of our fare is in-line with FDA guidelines and as healthy and wholesome as possible. Jessica studied at Winthrop University receiving a bachelor’s degree in human nutrition. Upon graduating, she attended Winthrop’s dietetic internship program studying clinical, community, and food management. While attending Winthrop, she worked at Nourish Charlotte, first doing administrative work and joined the kitchen staff to work alongside some of our amazing chefs. We are so dang happy to have her on staff as a specialist in her field.
