Chef Julia and Alisha (from the Bulb, one of our fav local not-for profits) are teaming up for an hour-long class from 4pm till 5pm next Sunday, April 28th.
They'll focus on low-environmental-impact meals and food conservation, and it's sure to be delicious AND eco-friendly! Snag a ticket here, and can't wait to see you out on the streets! The location will be the grassy lot just east of the Pizza Peel. And all profits go to the Bulb. There are a number of other neat classes happening a little earlier in the day if you want to spend your whole Sunday learning some new tricks and tips about growing and fermenting your own foods!
