Changes to our Delivery Fee go into effect next week!

Well, we made it seven years before having to do it, but with next week's menu, our Delivery Fee will be increasing from $4.95 to $5.95.

You might think this is a small thing and that we're a little crazy for writing a blog post about it. Well, if you know us, you know we love being transparent with you, our amazing customers.

So why are we doing it?

Since you asked, there are a few reasons, actually!

The first is that the federally-mandated Reimbursement Mileage Rate for business miles driven has increased 3 cents since we launched. That calculates to around a thousand dollars a year, thanks to our relatively large delivery range!

Second, we proudly gave the entire kitchen and staff at Nourish a raise last year. And while it makes us incredibly happy to be paying our folks above market rates, it has made things a little tighter.

Third reason? We'd rather that, than raise prices elsewhere. Instead of adding small increases to food, or adding additional dollars to our Cooler Fee, this felt like the best option.
