Class - Foods that Cool, March 26th from 630-930pm!

Ready to have a fabulous, nourishing Summer?

On Tuesday, March 27th from 6:30pm to 9pm we'll teach you how to make delicious, healthy, anti-inflammatory food for the coming hot season.

You'll leave class fed, with an exclusive recipe booklet, and ready to take on the summer with a booklet recipes that are perfect for mid-week meal prep and keeping you cool and light throughout the hot season!

Here are some of the dishes we'll be creating in teams of 2-3:

Tandoori Roasted Cauliflower and Chickpeas

Falafelled Kale Salad

Blueberry Lemon Baked Oat Bars

Cauliflower Biryani (and Fried Rice variant)

.....and more!

Just a few things:

Class starts at 630p sharp, at which time we'll go over safety information, class structure, have a few nibbles (we'll be putting out some snacks for you, as we won't be sitting down to dinner until close to 9) and then we'll dive in. You'll be working in teams of 2-3, and we'll make a total of 4-5 dishes. The recipes will be yours to take home!
So, don't forget to bring:
A sharp knife (very important for ze chopping!)
An apron (we have a few we can loan if you forget yours!)
Please wear closed-toed comfy shoes that have some grip to them - the kitchen is no place for sandals, and we don't want any of you slipping on wet surfaces.
The address is 1421 Orchard Lake Drive Suite F, Charlotte, NC, 28270. We're almost to Sardis Road off Monroe Road (if you're headed away from town), in a small strip of offices off Orchard Lake Drive. Park anywhere near the entrance to the kitchen - you'll see a sign on the door that reads Garden of Vegan (the sign overhead is blank!) and pretty green paint inside.

Can't wait to see you in class! Get tickets here.
