HAPPY EARTH DAY! And did you know about the Charlotte Wildlife Stewards?

That's right! The BEST day is just around the corner - EARTH DAY! WOO!

We love using this holiday as a reminder to GET GROUNDED and back in touch with mama earth. It is easy to forget the huge, glorious planet that serves as home to such myriad creatures. We love ya Ma Earth!

Each Earth Day week, we pick a fellow Good Steward to raise some funds for. Last year, it was the Catawba Riverkeepers! They're super fantastic!

But this year, we're supporting the Charlotte Wildlife Stewards! 

This amazing, volunteer run organization exists "To create, preserve, and protect wildlife habitat through education, engagement, and enjoyment." 

They encourage people to create wildlife refuges in their back yards, at their places of work, and more and offer free consultations to developers and anyone interested in considering the wildlife of our area important to preserve. We're big fans! If you're a fan (or a new fan!) too, consider donation via our listing here. We will be matching a portion of the funds donated for all of Earth Week!
