New Class - Plant-based Holiday Table, December 6th from 630-9p!

HELLO HELLO! We're excited to have you at the Garden of Vegan Wednesday, December 6th for a healthy vegan cooking class! This time around, we're exploring decadent, centerpiece dishes for your holiday table that are also nourishing and wellness-focused!

 

Here are some of the delicious recipes we'll be working with - remember, everything is a la Nourish, and as such is gluten free, vegan, free from refined sugar, healthy, veg-full and utterly delish.

    Tofu and Dumplings with Sauteed Winter Greens and Hempseed Gremolata

    Curried Shephard's Pie with Currants and Orange-Tamari Gravy

    Deconstructed Tamales with Tempeh Chorizo and Festive Pico

    .....and more!

 

Just a few things:
Class starts at 7p sharp, at which time we'll go over safety information, class structure, have a few nibbles (we'll be putting out some snacks for ya'll, as we won't be sitting down to dinner until close to 9) and then we'll dive in. You'll be working in teams of 2-3, and we'll make a total of 5-6 dishes. The recipes will be yours to take home!

So, don't forget to bring:
A sharp knife (very important for ze chopping!)
An apron, if you'd like (there will be some on-hand if you forget yours)
Please wear closed-toed comfy shoes that have some grip to them - the kitchen is no place for sandals, and we don't want any of you slipping on wet surfaces.

Payment:
This class costs $55 - you can purchase your spot here, on our weekly menu. Go ahead and pick a delivery date as you check out - it doesn't effect your registration :)

See you December 6th! The address is 1421 Orchard Lake Drive Suite F, Charlotte, NC, 28270. We're almost to Sardis Road off Monroe Road, in a small strip of offices off Orchard Lake Drive. Park anywhere near the entrance to the kitchen - you'll see a sign on the door and pretty green paint inside.
