New Class: Vegan for Meateaters
Meat substitutes? Who needs 'em?!

Join us Tuesday, September 17th to learn some of our favorite hearty, meaty recipes - without all the processed ingredients!

There are SO many meat substitutes on the market these days, but the question is - are they really good for you and for the planet? We'll be working with whole foods to create flavors and textures even the most die-hard meat eater will love. Stay tuned for our menu! Tickets can be snagged here.

Our menu is as follows:

Tempeh White Bean Patties
Smoked Jackfruit BBQ
Lentil-Tempeh Lamb Kaftas
Tuno Salad with Hemp Mayo
Roast Chicken Tofu, then Waldorf Chickless Salad

Just a few more details:

Class starts at 630p sharp, at which time we'll go over safety information,   class structure, have a few nibbles (we'll be putting out some snacks for you, as we won't be sitting down to dinner until close to 9) and then we'll dive in. You'll be working in teams   of 2-3, and we'll make a total   of 4-5 dishes. The recipes will be yours to take home!
So, don't forget to bring:
A sharp knife (very important for ze chopping!)
An apron (we have a few we can loan if you forget yours!)
Please wear closed-toed comfy shoes that have some grip to them - the kitchen is no place for sandals, and we don't want any    of you slipping on wet surfaces.
The address is    1421 Orchard Lake Drive Suite F, Charlotte, NC, 28270. We're almost to Sardis Road off Monroe Road (if you're headed away from town), in a small strip    of offices off Orchard Lake Drive. Park anywhere near the entrance to the kitchen - you'll see a sign on the door that reads    Garden    of    Vegan (the sign overhead is blank!) and pretty green paint inside.

Can't wait to see you in class!
