Our Partnership with Five Goddess Farms

You may have seen us drop some bits & bobs lately about a new, very exciting relationship that’s been a brewin’ (pun intended) in the background, here at Nourish.

We are so very pleased to announce our partnership with Ashley Masters Healing Arts, as well as Five Goddess Farms, and The Jade Room. What are all of these businesses? Well, let’s start with the human behind all of them, Ashley Masters. This Charlottean has been in the holistic health and wellness world around the city for a very long time. You’ve likely taken a mindful yoga class, gotten a magical massage, or taken part in one of her very healing sound baths if you’ve been around this avenue of the community in the past 15 or so year. 

Now, Ashley has ventured into the world of entrepreneurship, building three beautiful businesses, all under one roof. We were first interested in partnering with Five Goddess Farm Tea Room + Apothecary. Ashley’s view on plant medicine is so in line with ours, that we knew this was the perfect match. In her words, “My intuitive knowledge of plans comes from a deep desire to heal, physically, emotionally & energetically. Plant medicine is a powerful and complex ally, not a quick fix but rather a consistent way of living. Working with plants & herbs is an invitation to self examine, deep dive into self awareness and listen to what your body, heart & mind are telling you.” A woman after our own heart, we tell you!

So, we have teamed up with Ashley to create a Cleansing tea for us, that is currently available on our menu as well as soon going out with our Master & Starter Cleanses. She is also working on another special Nourish blend and we can’t wait to share that with you. Not only are these blends hand created by a loving soul, Five Goddess Farm also has a new and absolutely magical tea room that you can visit with up to 8 people at a time. You can book this on the website. We got to take advantage of a tea service last week and let us say, it made us feel so incredibly pampered and centered. The space is filled with sunlight and Ashley will pour you teas for you to enjoy while spending time alone or with loved ones.
